On the ground floor you’ll find a spacious dining room, with a fire place for warmth in winter, there is also a small dining room, perfect for special meetings (such as christenings, first comunions, birthdays) both with a magnificent view over the Bousset valley.
Here you can try our traditional and special menus created with local products that vary according to the season, like “mato”for example the , the “oula”, potato gnocchi with pumpkin and local cheese, trout soup, spinach and ricotta flans, “doba” an Occitan stew, polenta with wild boar meat, lamb from Sambuco, pastries with home-made jams, chestnut pudding… and much more.
